Local network से शुरू करें
VPN settings बदलने से पहले confirm करें कि VPN disconnected होने पर Windows का internet access working है। Normal website खोलें, फिर cached browser tab से mislead न होने के लिए दूसरी site test करें।
अगर hotel, airport, guest या coffee shop Wi-Fi पर हैं, पहले captive portal complete करें। कई public networks browser login page accept होने तक normal traffic block करते हैं।
Account और entitlement state check करें
VPN connection account expired होने, trial access end होने या payment status बदलने से fail हो सकता है। यह tunnel problem नहीं; access state problem है।
अगर client में account या status page है, adapters, DNS या firewall settings troubleshoot करने से पहले उसे check करें।
Windows basics check करें
VPN application restart करें। Wi-Fi या Ethernet disconnect/reconnect करें। System clock सही है confirm करें। देखें local firewall या security product VPN client block तो नहीं कर रहा। Network stack stuck लगे तो Windows reboot करें।
1. Verify करें Windows के पास वास्तव में working internet है
VPN disconnected रखकर कई normal websites खोलें। अगर Windows Wi-Fi connected दिखाता है लेकिन browsing fail है, पहले local network repair करें। Already broken connection पर VPN client stable tunnel establish नहीं कर सकता।
Hotel या guest Wi-Fi पर browser खोलकर sign-in या terms page complete करें, फिर VPN start करें।
2. Account problems को network problems से अलग करें
अगर client service तक पहुँच सकता है लेकिन account, plan या entitlement problem report करता है, adapters बार-बार reset करने से मदद नहीं होगी। Windows networking बदलने से पहले sign-in state और plan eligibility confirm करें।
3. Recent Windows या network change देखें
Failure से तुरंत पहले क्या बदला था, देखें: Windows update, security software update, new Wi-Fi, docking station, new adapter, router change, sleep/resume, या wired और wireless networking के बीच switch। Clean Windows restart के बाद test करने से application delete किए बिना stale adapter state हट सकती है।
4. Reinstall करने से पहले दूसरा network test करें
अगर same laptop mobile hotspot पर successfully connect होता है लेकिन original Wi-Fi पर नहीं, original network strong suspect है। अगर multiple unrelated networks पर identical failure है, device, account state या client installation पर अधिक focus करें।
5. Simpler checks के बाद ही reinstall करें
Files या networking components missing/damaged हों तो reinstallation appropriate है, लेकिन हर connection failure का first response नहीं। Downloaded package से reinstall करते समय installer source और checksum verify करें।
कब reinstall करें
Reinstall तभी करें जब confirm कर लें कि network काम करता है, account status valid है और local security software client block नहीं कर रहा। Reinstall करते समय latest installer केवल official से download करें ZBEVPN download portal।
