ZBEVPN Requirements
Before installing, signing in, connecting, or troubleshooting ZBEVPN, start with the most important requirement: a stable internet connection.
1. Stable internet connection
ZBEVPN runs on top of your existing internet connection. It can protect traffic in transit, but it cannot fix weak Wi-Fi, public hotspot instability, captive-portal blocking, mobile signal drops, packet loss, or broadband outages underneath the VPN.
- Confirm normal websites open with ZBEVPN disconnected.
- Complete any hotel, airport, café, school, or public Wi-Fi login page first.
- Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is not repeatedly reconnecting.
- Retry ZBEVPN only after the base connection is stable.
Windows technical check: ping -n 20 1.1.1.1. Repeated timeouts or unstable latency usually indicate a local network problem.
2. Supported device and installer path
Use the official ZBEVPN download page and install the correct version for your platform.
3. Account and subscription access
Sign in with the account used for your trial, subscription, or location access.
4. Network permission
Local firewall, antivirus, public Wi-Fi, school, corporate, or country-level network restrictions can block VPN setup or traffic.
